Born and raised in Southern California, Lauren started dancing at the age of 3 and trained professionally in all dance styles including ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz funk and heels.
She competed at an advanced level at Dance Precisions until she was 18 and is now a DP alumni. After high school, she received a full scholarship to train with working choreographers in the professional industry at the EDGE Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles.
Lauren's credits include Raven-Symone, JP Saxe, Zayde Wolf, Emily Perry, Take A Mic, Louise Vuitton, Nickelodeon Kids Choice Sports Awards, The Grammy's, Old Navy, Sunny Delight, Carvana, and Beachbody.
She currently has a YouTube channel showcasing her own choreography along with the tutorials to each routine and videos that include tips and tricks on how dancers can improve their technique as well as how to make it in the professional LA dance industry.
